L'Oréal Professionnel will provide support and training via its ambassadors, education team and external consultants
The opportunity to gain experience backstage at fashion and industry events and be involved in a L'Oréal Professionnel workshop
The chance to network with peers as well as industry leaders
You will be invited to attend technical education - Touch of Colour, Colour Discovery, Lightening Discovery, Colour Keys, Colour Change, Fashion Texture and Expert Retailing - at no cost to you, valued at over $960.00
Salon Commitment
The salon must allow the id Artist to participant in all education and training, and attend artistic workshops and events
Excluding the time required for technical education (as above), the salon must allow the id Artist to attend 7 development days both in 2010 and 2011
Commitment
Commit to the 2 year programme
Attend as many of the technical education programmes as possible with a minimum of 4 (Touch of Colour, Colour Discovery, Lightening Discovery, Colour Keys)
Be available for 7 development days both in 2010 and 2011
Be dedicated to learning from the L'Oréal Professionnel technical and artistic team
Support the L'Oréal Professionnel brand and your salon with integrity
If the id Artist changes to another salon during the 2 year period, L'Oréal Professionnel will have the right to terminate the agreement
