I've lost my password. How can I log in?
If you lose your password, you can follow steps to create a new password. Click the Member Login link, at the top of your page, then select the link Forgot your password? You then simply enter your first name, surname and email address and an automatic email will be sent to your email account. Check your email and follow the link to create a new password. Remember to keep your password in a safe and handy location, for future use.

What does "No payment gateways accessible" mean, when I try to make a booking?
This message will appear if you try to make a booking without having registered on the website first. In order to make bookings online, you are required to become a registered member of the website. To do so, simply click the Member Login link, at the top of your page, and then select the Register Now link. Once you have logged in using your new username and password, you will be able to make your bookings online.

Can I book in to programmes that list No Vacancies?
No, once a programme is listed as having no more vacancies, we cannot accept any additional bookings. However, we recommend you check the website regularly, as late cancellations may enable you to book in closer to the programme date.
