How to enrol
To be able to make your enrolments online, you must first register yourself as a member of the website.
To do so, please click the Member Login link and follow the prompts to Register Now.
You will need the following information:
- Programme/s attending
- How you wish to pay (cheque/credit card or L’Oréal Professionnel education voucher)
Confirmation
You will receive an email to confirm your booking. This has important information such as:- Payment details
- Cancellation and no show policy
- Number of participants booked
- Venue name and address
- Programme commencement and finishing times
- Any equipment required
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must ONLY be given to the L’Oréal Professionnel booking centre by phone on 1300 361 232
At the time of cancellation you will be given a reference number
Your L’Oréal Professionnel Area Manager or Technical Consultant cannot accept any education seminar cancellations.
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice can transfer to the next suitable programme within 2010.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice or non-attendance will forfeit their seminar booking and payment.
If any complimentary booking participant fails to attend a programme, they will be charged that seminar fee.
L’Oréal Professionnel reserves the right to cancel a seminar, in which a full refund will be provided.
