L'Oréal Australia Pty Ltd respects the privacy of every member of the L'Oréal Professionnel Education Programme.

The L'Oréal Professionnel privacy policy has been formulated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and outlines the information L'Oréal Australia will collect as part of this program and how we will use that information. It will also tell you how you can verify the accuracy of your personal information submitted to L'Oréal through membership to the program and how you can request that we delete or update your personal information.

We collect and use personal information from you so that we can provide you with the benefits of the L'Oréal Professionnel Education Programme, and to allow us to develop new products, offers and services which are relevant to you.

Personal information received from you via the L'Oréal Professionnel Education Programme will only be used by L'Oréal, except as otherwise required by law or as L'Oréal specifically discloses to you when the information is collected.

We will not disclose personal information received from you via the L'Oréal Professionnel Education Programme to third parties except:

Unless you consent otherwise, your personal information will not be used for purposes that are unrelated to the L'Oréal Professionnel Education Programme. L’Oréal will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us.

When you visit the L'Oréal Professionnel Education website, we will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you opt not to provide us with personal information your participation in the L'Oréal Professionnel Education programme may be affected.
